LONG BEACH, CA, Oct 24, 2025 – Galorath Inc. has announced the release of SEERai, an agentic AI platform built for cost, schedule, and risk estimation in regulated industries. SEERai converts natural-language project inputs into structured, audit-ready outputs, reducing analysis time. Built to maintain transparency, SEERai supports human oversight with data traceability.

SEERai connects to data through Galorath’s Instant Retrieval-Augmented Generation (Instant RAG) technology. Instant RAG reasons using verified historical data without retraining or exposing sensitive information. Each result can be traced back to its original data source. The platform operates on its own or integrate with Galorath’s SEER suite, combining AI reasoning with Galorath’s cost and schedule models.

“Most generative AI produces generalized responses; SEERai produces proof,” said Charles Orlando, chief strategy officer, Galorath Inc. “Built for industries where every number must be traceable and every estimate defensible, SEERai combines AI precision with human expertise to deliver estimation intelligence that organizations can trust.”

Multi-Agent Architecture Delivers Real-World Outcomes

Organizations use SEERai to generate cost and schedule estimates for hardware, software, manufacturing, and information technology projects. The platform processes inputs such as RFPs, BOMs, WBS files, 2D/3D drawings and software planning into data that can be imported into SEER cost and schedule modeling environments. Example use cases include:

  • Estimation agent and 2D/3D-to-cost agents generate work-breakdown structures and cost drivers from technical inputs, eliminating manual rework and accelerating early-phase modeling. The software sizing agent converts architecture documents, planning narratives, and user stories into quantitative estimates of functionality.
  • RFP and proposal agents classify project requirements, reuse vetted content, and produce compliant first-draft cost-centric responses that cut proposal turnaround times.
  • Competitive bid and market intelligence agents simulate price-to-win scenarios, analyze award trends, and align sourcing strategies with market data.
  • The risk assessment agent exposes hidden schedule and cost vulnerabilities early in the planning cycle, strengthening audit readiness and mitigation planning.
  • The knowledge capture preserves institutional logic through guided SME interviews, while the help agent supports onboarding and workflow guidance inside the platform.

“SEERai gives our teams a faster, clearer view of program cost dynamics,” said Anderson Atabongakeng, systems engineer, Boeing. “It has already helped us generate new cost models and insights that would have taken weeks to develop manually.”

Secure, Scalable Deployment

SEERai can be deployed on-premises, in hybrid, air-gapped, or private-cloud environments. This flexibility supports both government and commercial programs worldwide. Each tenant operates in an solitary environment with data encryption and access managed through enterprise identity controls. The platform complies with global security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, FedRAMP Moderate, and K-ISMS/CSAP. It also supports regional data protection and export-control frameworks (GDPR and ITAR/EAR), enabling AI-based estimation in regulated industries.

Availability

SEERai is available in production beta, with additional agents and domain-specific modules scheduled for release through 2025 and early 2026.

About Galorath Inc.

Galorath Incorporated, established in 1986 and based in Long Beach, California, develops software tools for estimating cost, schedule, labor, and risk across complex systems and projects. Its core product line, SEER, is used by government agencies and commercial firms in aerospace, defense, IT, software engineering, and manufacturing to support early-stage planning, design-to-cost evaluation, and lifecycle management. The company also offers SEERai, an AI-powered extension of its platform, which enables faster scenario modeling and improved data-driven decision-making. Galorath’s solutions are built on parametric modeling and are designed to help teams understand trade-offs, allocate resources efficiently, and reduce project uncertainty. Clients include NASA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and leading global contractors. The company operates under ISO 9001:2015 certification and is employee-owned. With a workforce of around 60 employees, Galorath generates approximately $15 million in annual revenue. It continues to focus on integrating advanced analytics and automation into cost engineering and estimation practices.
