
MALTA, NY and SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, Sep 15, 2026 – GlobalFoundries (GF) and Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) will deploy MPS’s power-management process technology at GF’s 300mm manufacturing facility in Singapore, with production scheduled to begin in early 2027. The agreement adds manufacturing capacity for devices used in automotive systems, industrial robotics and automation, consumer electronics, and AI and cloud infrastructure.
Products made at the Singapore facility are expected to include power devices for automotive architectures, industrial robotics and automation, and smart power stages for AI and cloud systems. GF will manufacture the products using MPS process technologies at the site.
