
LANSDALE, PA, Jan 16, 2026 – Greene Tweed has named Thomas (T.J.) Castle chief operating officer. Castle brings more than three decades of leadership experience in manufacturing and industrial operations. As COO, he will oversee operational strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, procurement, and safety.
Castle brings operations leadership from aerospace and advanced manufacturing environments. As COO at CMI Group, he delivered organic sales growth and improved quality performance for global aerospace customers. Earlier, as senior vice president of operations at TPI Composites, he led product diversification in composite manufacturing product diversification for emerging markets. In that role, he also launched four greenfield manufacturing facilities and drove improvements in safety performance across global operations.

Castle began his career at GE Aviation in operational leadership roles. He later joined Honeywell Aerospace, where he rose to vice president roles overseeing operations across the Americas. In those roles, he delivered gains in safety, quality, delivery performance, and operations.
Castle will join Greene Tweed’s executive leadership team as COO, with responsibility for global operations and supply chain. In this role, he will support long-term growth by improving operational consistency, expanding capacity, and scaling execution to meet global customer demand.
