HARMAN Completes Sale of DTS Business to Wipro

The update transfers a digital transformation business to a new owner and places the unit within an engineering division supported by a multi-year agreement for service and operational work

STAMFORD, CT, Dec 3, 2025 – HARMAN has completed the sale of its Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business to Wipro, allowing the company to concentrate on its automotive and lifestyle technology divisions.

“This milestone reflects our disciplined approach to portfolio management and our commitment to long-term growth,” said Carolin Reichert, chief strategy officer at HARMAN. “We appreciate the contributions of our DTS colleagues, and we are confident the business will continue to thrive as part of Wipro.”

DTS will operate as part of Wipro’s global engineering business line. As part of the acquisition, Wipro will enter a multi-year agreement with HARMAN and Samsung to support service and operational requirements.
