SANTA CLARA, CA, Sep 29, 2026 – HCLSoftware plans to acquire Robotiq.ai to extend HCL UnO Agentic’s workflow orchestration with robotic process automation. The integration would automate tasks in applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient.
Robotiq.ai supplies software used by banks, insurance groups and telecommunications providers. Its software includes audit logs and flexible deployment options. HCLSoftware describes Robotiq.ai’s security as ISO-certified standard.
