HCLTech, Dolphin Partner to Develop Chips for IoT and Data Center Applications

Integrates low-power semiconductor IP into silicon design workflows to reduce energy use and support high-performance system-on-chip development for complex and connected computing environments

NEW YORK, NY and NOIDA, India, Dec 10, 2025 – HCLTech has formed a partnership with Dolphin Semiconductor to support enterprise demands for energy-efficient, high-performance systems in complex and connected environments.

HCLTech will integrate Dolphin’s low-power IP into its silicon design workflows. The company will apply its system-on-chip (SoC) engineering expertise to build SoCs that reduce energy use while supporting diverse compute demands.
