HCLTech, Zscaler Expand Partnership for AI-Led Security

An expanded integration delivers AI-driven network transformation and zero-trust security services with managed detection, SASE solutions and cloud-based threat response capabilities

SAN JOSE, CA and NOIDA, India, Oct 20, 2025 – HCLTech and Zscaler have expanded their partnership to deliver AI-driven network transformation and zero-trust security services for global enterprises. The collaboration integrates Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange platform with HCLTech’s Cybersecurity Fusion Center (CSFC). It also incorporates HCLTech’s AI capabilities, including SecOps and AI tools within HCLTech AI Force and AI Foundry.

HCLTech’s Universal Managed Detection and Response (UMDR) services integrate with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and other Zscaler tools to improve threat detection and response. The integration delivers context-based analytics, faster incident handling and security actions powered by AI. The joint offering also includes ROI-driven secure network transformation, managed security services, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions and zero-trust maturity assessments.
