
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov 10, 2025 – Hexagon will acquire Inertial Sense to strengthen its position in autonomous and positioning technologies. The deal expands Hexagon’s portfolio with advanced navigation and sensor systems used across aerospace & defense, robotics, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industries.
Inertial Sense provides navigation solutions in defense and commercial applications, with over 30,000 inertial systems deployed worldwide. Its proprietary designs support GNSS+INS solutions that deliver centimeter-level accuracy for space-limited platforms.
