Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division (Hexagon) and Prosper Machine Tool have partnered to bring precision measurement and digital manufacturing solutions to manufacturers across North and Central TX, AZ, MO, OK, KS, AR, and North LA, addressing production efficiency, automation needs, and workforce skill gaps in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, and general manufacturing sectors.

“Our decision to partner with Hexagon represents a bold leap forward for Prosper Machine Tool,” said Greg Kinney, owner of Prosper Machine Tool. “Metrology and machining complement each other perfectly, and by integrating Hexagon’s technology with Prosper’s trusted service, we’re empowering manufacturers with robust, turnkey solutions designed for precision and efficiency.”

The collaboration, launched by Prosper Metrology Group and led by Ken Lambert, will expand Hexagon’s metrology solutions in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, and manufacturing. Partnering with Innovative Measuring Systems (IMS) based in Phoenix, AZ, Prosper Metrology Group will provide sales, service, and support to boost production efficiency and reduce defects.

Leading the way in manufacturing innovation

Through the partnership, Prosper Machine Tool will also offer Hexagon’s software tools such as Simufact Welding and Volume Graphics, which enable manufacturers to simulate, analyze, and validate production processes. Hexagon’s physical measurement solutions – like the Absolute Arm Portable Coordinate Measurement Machine – will provide precision while optimizing inspection time and reducing operational bottlenecks.

“Hexagon is proud to join forces with Prosper Machine Tool,” said Paul Rogers, president, Americas and Asia Pacific, Hexagon’s manufacturing intelligence division. “Prosper brings a wealth of industry expertise and regional trust, making them the ideal partner to expand Hexagon’s footprint across the Central and Southwestern U.S. Together, we’re committed to delivering smarter manufacturing solutions and exceptional service to our customers.”

The Prosper Metrology Group will support growth in aerospace, defense, and semiconductor manufacturing. The company will hire staff and deploy them to meet the rising demand. Prosper Machine Tool pairs ISO-certified technicians with experience in machine tools and metrology. The goal is to improve service, tighten integration, and deliver measurable results for U.S. manufacturers.
