IRVINE, CA, July 16, 2025 – HeyGears has introduced the multi-material fusion resin 3D printed one-piece dentures at LMT LAB DAY Chicago 2025. The debut has drawn the attention of professionals and manufacturers in the dental industry.
The OnePrint dentures use HeyGears‘ multi-material fusion Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology to combine different resin materials in a single 3D print. This process allows teeth and denture bases, which require different material properties, to be printed together and fused. The company states that the development aims to improve production efficiency for dental labs and denture manufacturers using resin 3D printing.

Conventional denture manufacturing requires multiple manual steps, which increases production time and the possibility of errors. HeyGears’ multi-material DLP 3D printing technology addresses these issues by allowing multiple materials with different properties to be fused in a single printing process.
The technology allows high-strength teeth and flexible denture bases to be printed together in one process, eliminating the need for separate fabrication or manual assembly. With HeyGears’ polish-free process, production moves to a “print-to-product” workflow.
The dentures are produced with HeyGears’ proprietary biocompatible photopolymer resins and printing hardware. The company also uses AI-powered digital workflows to control steps from model design to post-processing, supporting efficiency and quality during large-scale production.

The need for dental prosthetics is increasing as the global population ages. Digital dental technology adoption is growing in North America, Europe and Japan. More than 80% of dental labs in North America use digital equipment, and Japan added digital dentures to its national health insurance in 2024. Emerging markets such as China and India are also adopting digital dentistry at a faster pace.
HeyGears continues to develop digital dental technology and 3D printing solutions for the dental industry. The company’s advancements in denture manufacturing reflect ongoing changes in dental care as digital tools and aging populations drive market growth.
