PORTLAND, ME, Nov 20, 2025 – HighByte released HighByte Intelligence Hub V4.3, strengthening support for agentic AI in manufacturing operations. The release adds an MCP Client connection that lets industrial users localize, consolidate and control access to third-party MCP servers, which have grown in use as the market standardizes on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Version 4.3 also introduces built-in MCP server tools for connections like MQTT and OPC UA. These tools support agentic AI use cases, including asset maintenance and quality inspection.
According to independent analyst firm ABI Research, only 5% of factory floor data is processed for insight generation. “With the rise of Generative and Agentic AI, data utilization and a proper data architecture are more important now than ever,” said Ryan Martin, senior research director at ABI Research. “DataOps providers such as HighByte provide manufacturers with a centralized platform to manage, contextualize, and govern factory floor data in order to deploy agents that operate within an acceptable degree of accuracy.”
Users can apply new MCP Server tools that expose pipeline settings to AI agents. This allows them to build data pipelines in Intelligence Hub using natural language. All MCP tools appear in the new MCP Services view for streamlined oversight.
“HighByte Intelligence Hub version 4.3 equips industrial enterprises to leverage AI practically, without losing focus on the core capabilities that keep their operations running,” said John Harrington, chief product officer at HighByte. “High Availability, dashboard observability, and advanced data processing, are prime examples of this. We are focused on building a best-in-class Industrial DataOps solution that can be deployed reliably at scale in regulated industries including life sciences, food & beverage, oil & gas, and utilities.”
The new High-Availability (HA) feature in V4.3 synchronizes system state and configuration to limit data loss and strengthen reliability. The release also adds integrations with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. New connections to Microsoft Fabric OneLake, along with read support for Azure Blob Storage and Databricks SQL, streamline moving data into and out of factory systems.
HighByte Intelligence Hub V4.3 is available. All features and capabilities introduced in V4.3 are included in standard pricing. Contact HighByte or an authorized distributor to start a trial or purchase a subscription license.
