LOS GATOS, CA, Apr 10, 2026 – Impetus Technologies has appointed Vikash Gaur as chief operating officer (COO). Gaur will oversee delivery operations and execution as the company continues its focus on enterprise AI and data-driven services.
Gaur brings more than 28 years of experience in delivery, operations, and business transformation. He has managed portfolios with profit and loss responsibility and has led teams across global delivery programs. At Impetus, Gaur will focus on strengthening delivery processes and operational execution, expanding its work in AI-led enterprise systems.
Before joining Impetus, Gaur worked at Catalincs Partners, where he advised technology startups on scaling operations and improving enterprise value. He previously served as chief delivery officer at LTIMindtree, managing portfolios across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Cognizant, where he contributed to the development of digital engineering and manufacturing businesses.
