QUEBEC, Canada, Oct 9, 2026 – InnovMetric has launched MasterKey by PolyWorks, a program that brings together technical support, training and software updates for PolyWorks users. The program gives a new name to services the company already provides to manufacturing customers.
InnovMetric’s support network includes more than 200 PolyWorks application specialists serving customers in 43 countries. Its MyPolyWorks portal provides access to expertise, training and support in 14 languages. Recent enhancements include an AI assistant and an expanded library of self-paced learning materials.
“For years, our customers have benefited from these services as part of their software experience. Today, with the introduction of MasterKey by PolyWorks, we are giving this proven offering a clear identity that reflects its strategic value as well as the important role it plays in enabling manufacturers to maintain peak performance, productivity, and competitiveness,” indicates Erik Nadeau, vice president of technical expertise at InnovMetric.
“The core promise of our customer success program is to help manufacturing organizations build high-performing dimensional inspection teams that can adapt more quickly, work more efficiently, and continuously deliver greater value for their business,” Nadeau said.
MasterKey covers three service areas:
- Support access: PolyWorks application specialists provide troubleshooting and guidance on measurement processes. An AI assistant is available around the clock through MyPolyWorks to answer questions and direct users to resources.
- Skill development: Training is available online, on-site and at training centers. MyPolyWorks also provides articles, tutorials, videos and macros for self-paced learning.
- Software evolution: Customers can access regular software improvements through MyPolyWorks, including new plug-ins, performance enhancements and technology updates.
“To ensure they can get the most value out of the software from the start, every new PolyWorks customer receives a complimentary year of MasterKey by PolyWorks with their purchase,” highlights Nadeau.
Josh Mickelson, senior quality engineering manager at Doosan Bobcat North America said: “They’re not just about improving their product. They’re there to solve my problems. They’re there to solve customer problems.”
Jeff Van Horn, senior engineer and founder of Industrial Technology Solutions added: “We called PolyWorks technical support and asked when we could get some assistance. The response, from a real person, was that they were in a conference with about 40 support specialists, but would love to put it up on the screen and use it as a live exercise. With the client’s approval, we shared the data. The insights we received enabled the steel fabricator to deliver the project two months ahead of schedule.”
Dave Leone, senior director, engineering – dimensional control at GE Appliances commented: “Our relationship with InnovMetric is very special to us and it’s one that helps us innovate together. Whether it be through PolyWorks|DataLoop, PolyWorks|Inspector, or custom integration, InnovMetric helped us push our processes and we help them drive the development of the software.”
Existing customers with support and maintenance contracts will automatically transition to MasterKey.
