
STAMFORD, CT, Mar 2, 2026 – ITT Inc. has closed its $4.775 billion acquisition of SPX FLOW, completing the deal announced in December 2025. The transaction was funded through a mix of cash and equity.

ITT’s Industrial Process (IP) segment is renamed as Flow Technologies. SPX FLOW is a part of Flow Technologies, which is led by Bartek Makowiecki, senior vice president, chief strategy officer and president, Flow Technologies.
