
LONG BEACH, CA, Feb 5, 2026 – JetZero has appointed Scott Henry as chief corporate officer. He will oversee corporate functions as the company scales operations to support growth. Henry brings more than 30 years of C-suite experience across strategy, capital and enterprise execution, including leadership roles in technology platforms, defense and autonomous systems, consumer electronics, gaming, media and hospitality. He has led companies through scale-ups, international expansion, capital raises, strategic transactions and operational turnarounds.

Scott Henry has held senior executive roles at high-growth companies including Auterion, Magic Leap, Beats Electronics/Beats Music (acquired by Apple), Las Vegas Sands and Skillz. He helped lead two companies through public market listings. His work included building enterprise infrastructure, aligning strategy with capital and operations, and working with founders, CEOs and boards on execution.
Henry spent nearly 18 years in investment banking, working at Salomon Brothers, Prudential Securities, ING Barings and ABN Amro. During that period, he advised global companies on capital raising and strategic transactions.
