SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Mar 17, 2026 – Motive is the first telematics partner to join Holman’s Telematics Preferred Integration Network (TPIN) program. The integration connects Motive’s real-time vehicle and driver data with Holman’s fleet management and maintenance platform, helping organizations reduce downtime, control operating costs, and improve safety outcomes.

“Enterprise fleets need real-time, accurate insights to help keep vehicles and drivers safe, productive, and on the road,” said Adam Block, chief revenue officer at Motive. “By eliminating data silos between safety, telematics, and maintenance, we’re helping fleet leaders proactively address issues before they become costly failures. That can mean fewer breakdowns, less downtime, and better control over operating costs. This is just the beginning of what Motive and Holman can unlock together.”

“Telematics is an incredibly powerful tool for fleet operators but often this valuable information is fragmented or isolated from other operating data, making it difficult to glean actionable insights,” said Holman’s executive vice president & chief revenue officer Anthony Foursha. “By seamlessly integrating Motive’s real-time telematics data into our fleet management platform, our shared customers will have the holistic perspective and comprehensive analytics they need to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize fleet performance.”

The integration gives Motive customers access to vehicle data within Holman’s system, including location, engine hours, fault codes, and maintenance alerts. It uses mileage, engine hours, and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) to trigger service alerts and monitors fuel use and idling to control operating costs. Maintenance recommendations allow teams to address issues before failures occur and provide a current view of vehicle health across operations.

Motive’s safety data on speeding, hard braking, and distracted driving integrates with Holman’s safety and risk tools. This allows fleet managers to identify high-risk drivers, apply targeted coaching, and reduce accident-related insurance costs. The combined system also reduces administrative workload and improves fleet operations.

The partnership integrates Motive’s platform into existing fleet management workflows for Motive and Holman customers and supports AI-driven automation across safety, maintenance, and operations.
