PLANO, TX, July 28, 2026 – MULTIVAC will deploy Siemens Teamcenter as its central product lifecycle management system, connecting product data and engineering disciplines with manufacturing operations. MULTIVAC will use the software to integrate product development, manage product complexity and maintain product information from development through production.
Teamcenter will link engineering data with downstream manufacturing processes through a consistent digital thread. MULTIVAC expects the system to coordinate product development and manage increasing design complexity across the product lifecycle.

MULTIVAC uses Siemens Designcenter Manufacturing and Teamcenter Manufacturing Resource Library to manage production tools. The Teamcenter deployment will connect those manufacturing resources with engineering records and product data.
MULTIVAC also uses Siemens software to manage CNC shop floor operations, including tool management. MULTIVAC plans to add NC program handling, linking machine programming data with engineering and production workflows.
