MUNICH, Germany, July 6, 2026 – The Nemetschek Group has brought Heavy Construction Systems Specialists (HCSS) into its Build & Construct segment from Thoma Bravo, adding heavy-construction expertise and proprietary data to a software portfolio covering office, field and AI-supported construction workflows.
HCSS is now a part of Nemetschek’s Build & Construct segment and sits alongside Bluebeam, GoCanvas (including SiteDocs), and Nevaris. The segment covers the construction lifecycle and has an estimated total market prospect of USD 12 billion by 2028.

The company plans to expand the HCSS portfolio into international markets, including infrastructure sectors supported by large-scale public investment.
