Nemetschek Group Wins 2025 Construction Computing Awards

The awards program recognized BIM, design and digital construction tools and honored projects that applied modeling, cloud platforms and sustainability methods across the built environment

MUNICH, Germany, Nov 14, 2025 – The Nemetschek Group earned multiple awards at the 2025 Construction Computing Awards in London, with ALLPLAN, Graphisoft, and Vectorworks recognized for their software products.

The Construction Computing Awards recognize technologies and tools used in planning, construction, maintaining, and updating commercial, residential, social buildings, and civil engineering projects. 2025 ceremony marked the 19th year of the award ceremony and was held in London on Nov 6, 2025.

Nemetschek Group brands, including ALLPLAN, Graphisoft and Vectorworks, were nominated more than 20 times, including in the categories “Company of the Year,” “BIM Product of the Year,” “Architectural Design Software of the Year 2025,” and “Innovation of the Year.”

ALLPLAN earned the “Cloud Based Technology of the Year 2025” award for its “ALLPLAN for BIMPLUS” platform. ALLPLAN was also recognized as runner-up in the “Structural Engineering Application of the Year 2025” category for ALLPLAN for SCIA.

Graphisoft received the “BIM Product of the Year 2025” award. In addition, Graphisoft, together with Anotherkind Architects, won the “Digital Construction Project of 2025” award for the Sherwood Observatory project.

Vectorworks was honored with the “Hammers Award” in the category “Architectural Design Software of the Year 2025” for Vectorworks Architect, while Archicad by Graphisoft took second place. In addition, Vectorworks, together with OMI Architects, received the “Sustainability Project of the Year 2025” award for the project “OMI ARCHITECTS, Havelock.”
