Solibri showed how advanced BIM checking and model validation can improve quality and compliance, critical for large-scale projects. Bluebeam highlighted digital workflows that help project teams collaborate and manage construction tasks. Experts also presented dTwin, which creates digital replicas of physical assets for monitoring and predictive maintenance, and Graphisoft tools designed to support architects from design through project delivery.
Nemetschek Arabia emphasized the use of open standards and digital workflows to support the development of an interoperable digital ecosystem, aiming to advance urban projects in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

The companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together on market development, sales and customer services. The agreement includes plans to provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance across the Kingdom, along with training to help users maximize their investments. The MoU marks is the first step of a collaboration to improve the project delivery in the AEC/O sector.
