
PORTLAND, OR, Sep 15, 2025 – NetActuate has launched a new point of presence (POP) in Portland, OR, aiming to boost high-performance, low-latency services for customers who wants to bring new circuits online in the Pacific Northwest. Housed in the Pittock Block, the site connects customers to an ecosystem of providers, platforms and global interconnections – positioning Portland as an hub for digital infrastructure.

The Pittock Block facility in Portland is an 8-story, 302,262-sq. ft. building with 120,000 sq. ft. of space. It connects to more than 170 service providers and supports physical cross-connects to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The site serves enterprises, media companies, cloud platforms, and service providers. It also hosts 16 fiber-optic carriers and 7 subsea cable terminations with routes to China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Guam, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, and American Samoa.
