LONDON, UK, Dec 16, 2025 – Nscale has acquired Future-tech to expand delivery of AI-ready infrastructure delivery in Europe and North America. Future-tech brings a team of around 60 infrastructure specialists, including engineers, consultants, designers, project managers and operators. Based in Europe, Future-tech designs and delivers secure, high-performance infrastructure facilities.

Nscale reached several milestones this year across leadership, European expansion, and AI infrastructure scale. The company appointed Nidhi Chappell as president of AI infrastructure, expanded into Iceland with Verne, planned deployment of about 200,000 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs across Europe with Microsoft, and closed a $1.1 billion Series B funding round.
