LONDON, UK, Jan 12, 2026 – Nscale appointed Lauren Hurwitz as chief operating officer. She joins from Palantir Technologies, where she spent nearly a decade leading operations across international government and enterprise sectors, recently as head of international public sector.
Hurwitz will be based at Nscale’s UK headquarters and lead development of operating systems and processes. Her role includes coordinating teams to support execution and operations as Nscale scales from a startup to a global AI hyperscaler.
At Nscale, Hurwitz will focus on scaling operations across regions. She brings experience from Palantir in international government and enterprise operations. That background aligns with Nscale’s vertically integrated model and modular data center design.
“Our customers have unprecedented aspirations for AI – delivering on them requires speed, agility, and differentiated operational excellence at scale,” said Hurwitz. “My job is to build the operational backbone of this incredibly ambitious company. The only way to do this is with real-time data systems, AI-driven coordination, and automated decision-making across functions.”

Stuart Pann joined as senior advisor, and Osvaldo Morales serves as deputy president of data centers. Together, the executive team brings experience to support Nscale’s global deployment roadmap for AI infrastructure.
