
LONDON, UK, Oct 5, 2026 – Nscale has appointed former Meta chief partnerships officer Justin Osofsky as chief operating officer (COO) to oversee its global operations and organizational expansion. Osofsky will report to founder and CEO Josh Payne.

We are incredibly fortunate to have him join us as our Chief Operating Officer.”
Osofsky spent 18 years at Meta, holding roles including Instagram COO, vice president of global operations and head of the small and medium business (SMB) group. His responsibilities spanned operations, partnerships, corporate development, monetization and platform strategy. Before joining Meta, he worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
As COO at Nscale, Osofsky will coordinate across departments and lead the people, business development, communications, marketing, global policy, and M&A organizations. Osofsky will also oversee the company’s regional organizations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

Osofsky holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
