Nscale has appointed Latha Maripuri as chief information security officer (CISO). The company operates infrastructure that stores and processes sensitive customer data and intellectual property. Maripuri will lead Nscale’s global security strategy across platform design, infrastructure and operations. She will oversee physical and information security, infrastructure and supply chain security across the organization.
Latha has more than 25 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and engineering. She previously served as CISO at Uber and as Global CISO and Deputy CTO at News Corp. Earlier in her career, she held product and technical leadership roles at IBM. She has led cybersecurity strategy and built teams in prior roles.
