Oracle Deploys AI Workflows, Process Summaries in Primavera Unifier

by | Apr 16, 2026

Adds integration tools and audit trails that connect enterprise systems for project, asset and regulated construction workflows

AUSTIN, TX (Oracle Edge Customer Summit), Apr 16, 2026 – Oracle has added AI-driven workflows and business process summarization to Primavera Unifier, embedding automation into daily project and asset management tasks. The updates let teams prioritize critical activities, manage reviews and maintain data integrity during project delivery. Expanded Oracle Integration capabilities connect enterprise systems and provide AI agents structured data access with audit trails for tracking automated actions.

“Capital programs depend on disciplined processes, trusted data across project and enterprise systems, predictive insights, and defensible audit trails,” said Mark Webster, senior vice president and general manager, Oracle Infrastructure Industries. “Primavera Unifier brings all these elements together, giving organizations the foundation they need to apply AI at scale, improve compliance, and drive smarter, faster decisions across their portfolios.”

With the new Primavera Unifier enhancements, teams can:

  • Enhance work prioritization and review cycles: AI-driven business process and workflow summaries compile data from reported issues and change orders to support task prioritization and review cycles. The system generates structured, step-by-step workflow histories with participants, timestamps, durations, decisions, comments, attachments and change records, allowing teams to review project activity in a single view.
  • Strengthen no-code and low-code process design and automation: Unifier’s no-code configuration tool (uDesigner) works with Oracle Integration to connect workflows with external enterprise systems. The setup supports real-time data exchange and automated data movement across processes. It enables Unifier workflows with audit trails and maintains records needed for compliance, while providing stakeholders with access to current project data.
  • Accelerate secure integrations and process automation: Oracle Integration’s wizard-driven adapters, event-driven triggers, and in-step data pulls connect Unifier with ERP, EAM, scheduling, and collaboration systems. The integration supports data exchange during approval workflows and links project processes with enterprise systems. It also maintains audit records and control structures required for federal projects and regulated environments.
  • Support data intelligence and reporting consistency: Dashboards, operational reports, and visualizations are embedded within process workflows and governed custom data screens in Unifier. These tools present performance data, trends and risk indicators within project processes. The setup provides visibility across multi-project portfolios, including federal programs.
  • Increase safety: Firms capture routine work progress photos and field observation data, and align them with predictive model outputs in Oracle Construction and Engineering Advisor for Safety. The system links field data with model results to flag risk conditions, record mitigation steps and maintain audit records for reporting.
