ORECA Adopts Siemens Simcenter for Motorsport Simulation

PLANO, TX, June 30, 2026 – ORECA Group uses Siemens Simcenter for racing vehicle simulation work tied to the Le Mans 24 Hours with Ford Motor Company. The software replaces ORECA’s legacy CFD environment and supports CFD, multiphysics analysis and composite structural optimization across its motorsport engineering workflow.

The group is using Simcenter STAR-CCM+ for CFD workflows and multiphysics simulations that combine aerodynamic, thermal and brake-related effects. It is also using Simcenter Optistruct to optimize carbon fiber composite layups and balance stiffness and weight in performance-critical components.
