PioCreat brought chairside dental 3D printing into focus at IDEM 2026, presenting compact and high-resolution systems designed to move dental data from input to printed output inside clinical and lab workflows.

PioNext Mini – Compact Chairside Dental Printing

PioNext Mini is designed for chairside and small-lab applications where clinical space, mobility and simplified operation matter.

  • Compact & Space-Efficient – The small footprint fits into clinical environments and helps preserve workspace.
  • Integrated Print & Cure – The system combines printing and curing, reducing the need for separate equipment.
  • Flexible Clinic Mobility – Its lightweight design allows staff to move the printer between treatment rooms.
  • Fast, Efficient Production – Optimized settings support rapid dental printing and help shorten turnaround time.

PioNext Ultra – High-Volume Precision Printing

PioNext Ultra is built for production environments that require fine detail, batch output and stable long-term operation.

  • 16K Ultra-HD Precision – The system uses a 16K display and delivers 19 μm accuracy for complex dental structures.
  • High-Efficiency Batch Printing – It prints multiple models simultaneously while maintaining consistent accuracy.
  • Extended Screen Lifespan – Amber Screen technology improves UV resistance, reduces aging and supports stable performance.
  • Automated Resin Feeding – The AFU system supplies and returns resin automatically during continuous printing.

Digital Workflow Demonstration

PioCreat’s booth drew dentists, lab technicians and distributors throughout the exhibition. The company demonstrated the full digital workflow, from data input to final printed output, to show how chairside production can operate in daily dental settings.

Visitors examined printed samples and discussed print accuracy, surface quality and applications with the PioCreat team. The discussions also helped the company understand customer requirements and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
