NIJMEGEN, Netherlands, Nov 5, 2025 – Planon has appointed Sylvain Lamy as chief revenue officer (CRO) for its facilities and field services business lines. He will lead the company’s global commercial operations, driving sales, services, and partner growth worldwide. The appointment supports Planon’s efforts to expand globally and strengthen its facility and field service business domains.

Sylvain Lamy has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, sales and business transformation. He has led teams focused on building recurring revenue models and improving customer retention throughout the service life cycle.
He joins Planon from Schneider Electric, where he led the integration of Planon into Schneider Electric’s digital energy division and managed the enterprise software team that resells Planon products. Before that, he directed the expansion of RIB Software within Schneider Electric. Earlier in his career, he held sales and management roles at Microsoft and worked in business consulting and sales at IBM.
Sylvain Lamy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Science from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Marnes-la-Vallée University in France.
