
LONDON, UK, Aug 27, 2025 – Presto Engineering has appointed Frédéric Valentin as its new vice president of sales and marketing. The move is part of the company’s strategy to grow its international operations and strengthen support for OEMs requiring custom semiconductor solutions.

Frédéric Valentin has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. His career includes senior commercial and leadership positions at ams OSRAM and ON Semiconductor, along with technical roles at Infineon Technologies and Thales. He was senior vice president of EMEA sales at ams OSRAM, where he managed customer engagement across industrial, medical and consumer segments . He holds a Master of Science in Microelectronics from ENSICAEN, the French National Graduate School of Engineering of Caen, with academics in physics and engineering.
At Presto Engineering, Valentin will manage global sales, marketing and business development. He will focus on business growth for the company’s custom ASIC solutions, overseeing OEM projects from design to production.
