PRIME AE Group has acquired Faller, Davis & Associates, Inc. (FDA). The acquisition expands PRIME AE’s presence in the Southeast and enhances its capacity to deliver infrastructure services for public-sector clients across Florida. This acquisition is PRIME AE’s third in Florida over the past three years and its seventh in the last five years.

The acquisition adds FDA’s services, including highway widening, signalization, environmental permitting, and operational improvements. The move supports PRIME AE’s regional delivery model across project planning, design, and construction. In Florida, the added capabilities increase capacity for state and municipal agencies, support local needs, and strengthen coordination across the Gulf Coast and the I-4 corridor.
