Procore Appoints Ron Hovsepian to Board of Directors

Board update adds a new director with enterprise software leadership while a long-serving venture capital representative steps down, marking a governance change at a construction management software provider

CARPINTERIA, CA, Jan 9, 2026 – Procore Technologies has appointed Ron Hovsepian to its board of directors. Hovsepian is the chief executive officer (CEO) and executive chairman of the board at Skillsoft Corporation.

Hovsepian brings experience from enterprise and emerging technology companies. His prior roles include president and CEO of Indigo Ag, Intralinks, and Novell, along with an executive partner position at Flagship Pioneering. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles during a 16-year tenure at IBM. Hovsepian also has board experience, serving as chair of the board at Ansys until its acquisition by Synopsys in July 2025 and as non-executive chair at ANN from 2005 to 2015. He previously served on the boards of Pegasystems, Intralinks, and Novell.

Brian Feinstein has stepped down from the board of Procore Technologies after more than a decade of service. Feinstein, a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, joined the board in June 2014 and served through December 2025.
