PTC Names Jennifer DiRico CFO and Executive Vice President

A new chief financial officer will take over financial operations, lead global finance work, and manage the transition as the current CFO steps down at year’s end

BOSTON, MA, Dec 8, 2025 – PTC has appointed Jennifer DiRico as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective Jan. 1, 2026. She will report to president and CEO Neil Barua and lead the company’s global finance organization. DiRico will succeed Kristian Talvitie, who will serve as CFO through Dec. 31, 2025.

DiRico is a finance and business operations leader with experience in enterprise software and technology companies. She currently serves as chief financial officer at Commvault. Before Commvault, she held finance and operations leadership roles at Toast. She helped prepare the company for its IPO and managed  its international business and global expansion. Earlier in her career, DiRico held finance roles at Nuance Communications and Passkey International.
