
BOSTON, MA, July 30, 2026 – PTC has announced its Q3 FY26 results, reporting $600M in revenue – a 22.5% decrease from $774M in Q2 FY26 – with a profit of $119M.
Third Quarter Financial Highlights
- ARR excluding divested businesses increased 9.1% in constant currency to $2.45B.
- Operating cash flow grew 7% to $261M; free cash flow rose 3% to $249M.
- GAAP operating margin reached 28%.
- Share repurchases totaled about $525M in Q3, with PTC targeting about $1.63B in FY26 repurchases.
- PTC raised FY26 constant-currency ARR growth guidance to 9%–9.5%.
