PUDU Robotics has launched the PUDU GT series, a three-model line of commercial robotic mowers for grounds and turf maintenance. The GT3, GT5 and GT7 cover three jobs: mowing and cleaning for commercial properties, mowing of turf areas, and precision reel mowing for golf courses and sports fields.
GT3: Compact Mowing and Cleaning
The PUDU GT3 is a 36-inch (91 cm) robotic mower for facilities management companies and in-house grounds teams. It mows and collects grass, picks up light debris on turf, and uses disc brushes to sweep paved areas. The GT3 is apt for business parks, campuses, hospitals and mixed hardscape-and-turf sites. One platform handle mowing and routine sweeping, which reduces equipment switching during daily upkeep.
GT5: High-Productivity Mowing for Large Turf
The PUDU GT5 is a 60-inch (152 cm) rotary mower for contractors and operators of parks, campuses, commercial properties and communities. PUDU cites a target output of about 2 acres (8,090 square meters) per hour, up to 10 hours of runtime and up to 16 acres (65,000 square meters) of coverage per charge, depending on conditions. The machine cuts and collects in one pass, gathering grass clippings, leaves and light turf debris as it mows.
GT7: Precision Reel Mowing for Professional Turf
The PUDU GT7 is a 62-inch (160 cm) triplex reel mower for golf courses and sports fields. It pairs RTK, LiDAR and camera vision for positioning and navigation, with RTK accuracy of ±2.5 centimeters under supported conditions. Operators can set cutting angles, lane offsets and directional rotations to create consistent mowing patterns and striping. Three independently floating reel units follow terrain to hold a uniform height of cut, and height adjustment is tool-free. Four-wheel drive handle slopes up to 30 degrees. The mower runs without a combustion engine, and its low-noise reel system suits noise-sensitive locations.
Common Platform Across the GT Series
The three models share one architecture. LiDAR, camera vision and depth sensing detect people, vehicles, animals, terrain and other obstacles, and automated mapping, navigation and obstacle avoidance guide the machines across complex sites. All models collect clippings in-process through a fan vacuum and grass-intake port, with dumping and task resumption available depending on configuration. A manual drive mode lets operators take over for positioning and other hands-on work. The series carries an all-metal body, a commercial-grade steel chassis, IP66-rated protection and emergency-stop functionality.
Global Debut at GaLaBau 2026
The GT Series makes its global debut at GaLaBau 2026, running Sept. 15–18 at NürnbergMesse in Nuremberg, Germany. PUDU will show the machines (at Indoor Stand #9-214) and the outdoor Legend Demonstration Area (Pf10).
