GREENSBORO, NC, Oct 28, 2025 – Qorvo has introduced the QPA9510, a RF power amplifier that delivers wideband coverage from 100 to 1000 MHz.

The QPA9510 addresses challenges in portable and long-range wireless communication. As demand grows in sectors such as public safety radios, smart metering, RFID logistics, and telematics, engineers need to support multiple frequency bands, improve power efficiency, and reduce device size. The amplifier offers flat gain performance and a pin-compatible layout to simplify design reuse.

The QPA9510 delivers:

  • +36 dBm output power and 34 dB gain for link budgets in space-constrained systems.
  • 55% efficiency, enabling longer runtime in battery-powered radios and IoT devices.
  • Over 70 dB of on-chip analog gain control for system calibration and tuning.
  • Compact 3×3 mm QFN package with effective thermal performance for handheld and embedded applications.

“With the QPA9510, we’re not just releasing another RF amplifier – we’re solving a system-level problem for Sub-1GHz designers,” said Debbie Gibson, director of Qorvo’s wireless infrastructure business. “Customers can now cover more bands, extend device life and reduce board spins with a single, compact PA.”

When combined with Qorvo’s low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), digital step attenuators (DSAs) and RF switches, the QPA9510 enables RF front-end solutions for transmit-and-receive chains in linear communication systems.

The QPA9510 and its evaluation board are available in Qorvo’s authorized distribution network and on Qorvo.com.
