LONDON, UK, Aug 6, 2026 – Qualcomm has named Wassim Chourbaji senior vice president and president of its Europe, Middle East and Africa operations (EMEA). He succeeds Enrico Salvatori, who has become chairman and will continue to lead Qualcomm’s EMEA automotive business until retiring in June 2027.
Chourbaji has worked at Qualcomm for more than 20 years. He previously served as president of Qualcomm Middle East and Africa (MEA) and led the company’s government affairs organization across EMEA.
