HUNTSVILLE, AL, Sep 2, 2026 – Quantum-Systems has opened a 3,200-square-foot engineering and R&D office in Huntsville, Alabama, to develop unmanned systems for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and target acquisition. The site will support work in aerodynamics, flight controls, computer vision, autonomy, cloud infrastructure, simulation and manufacturing engineering for U.S. and allied defense missions.
The office is operational and adjacent to Cummings Research Park. Engineers there work with defense customers and partners and apply operational feedback to the development of unmanned systems for intelligence missions.
