ATLANTA, GA, Apr 17, 2026 – Quicktron Robotics launched QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube solutions at MODEX 2026, showcased tote and pallet automation for warehouse and factory operations. The company also demonstrated an integrated setup combining multiple robot systems and control software for order fulfillment and material handling.
QuickBin Ultra operates as a vertical tote storage and picking system for high-density environments. It combines M5E tote-moving robots with A5 tote-picking robots to process 40-45 bins per hour. The system supports multi-depth storage and tote-to-person workflows, with 3 m/s linear speed. M5E robots travel at up to 4.5 m/s, have battery life of up to 12 hours on a single charge, and carry two totes simultaneously.
The system integrates with existing QuickBin installations and uses a modular structure for scaling. A single workstation handles up to 600 totes per hour. The design supports flexible deployment across warehouse operations with changing throughput requirements, reducing maintenance costs.
QuickCube reduces operation and maintenance costs by 70% and improves positioning stability by 90%. It manages pallet storage and transport using C150 four-way shuttles and an E200 narrow-profile lift. The shuttles operate at speeds up to 2 m/s and move pallets between storage positions and lift systems. QuickCube supports high-turnover inventory, temperature-controlled facilities (such as cold storage) and precision-driven distribution.

Quicktron also presented QuickMix, which combines QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube into a hybrid automation architecture. The system integrates QuickBin Ultra and QuickCube workflows within a unified control structure to support storage solutions, solve labor shortage issues, increasing fulfillment volumes, and stable material handling operations.
“These solutions drew particular attention from visitors in the FMCG, 3PL, and e-commerce sectors,” Iris Ren, global marketing & overseas channel head at Quicktron Robotics, said. “Designed to handle high SKU volumes, fluctuating order profiles, and demanding throughput requirements, Quicktron’s systems provide an efficient goods-to-person approach that improves storage density, order accuracy, and operational agility. For businesses facing rapid growth and increasing fulfillment complexity, Quicktron’s automation platform offers a practical path to scalable, data-driven warehouse operations.”
“We are delighted to launch QuickCube, QuickBin Ultra, and our QuickMix ‘one platform, all scenarios’ solution in the US at MODEX 2026. This is the latest evolution of our technology and Quicktron Robotics is dedicated to continuous innovation, ensuring our solutions address our customers’ challenges so that they can optimize and scale their operations seamlessly.”
Yang Wei, CEO and founder at Quicktron Robotics, added: “In a rapidly changing world, companies need intralogistics automation solutions that are proven, scalable, and flexible. We leverage the latest technologies and advanced algorithms to liberate human workers from mundane and repetitive tasks. Quicktron Robotics’ intelligent automation solutions can be deployed consistently across global operations, providing a future-proofed, unified platform that modernizes warehouse operations and increases long-term efficiency.”
