MUNICH, Germany, Nov 19, 2025 – RADX Technologies and Konrad Technologies (KT) has announced a partnership to provide integration of RADX’s commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and high-performance computing (HPC) hardware across the EU and UK. The effort covers the company’s Nvidia-based GPU systems and PXIe modules.

The new PXIe computing platform supports applications in aerospace, defense, automotive, life sciences and manufacturing. It is used in test and measurement (T&M) work such as manufacturing inspection, cryptography, signal processing, image processing, deep learning, AI inference, RF testing and real-time hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) simulation. These applications support research and production needs in areas including autonomous vehicles, missile defense, space, electronic warfare, signals intelligence and drones.

‍Partnership

This partnership allows KT to deploy PXI GPUs in test systems. The approach supports parallel data processing and offers advantages for air-gapped edge environments. The approach also allows users to compare GPU performance with CPU- and FPGA-based systems.

The partnership will provide:

  • Product range availability
  • Technical support and applications engineering
  • Industry & domain specific product offerings incorporating RADX
  • In-region coverage & capability
  • T&M deployments through combined thought leadership

Robin Irwin, managing director of KT-UK said, “This exciting partnership ensures we are the only solution provider able to offer high-performance T&M that uses PXIe-GPUs and PXIe-SSDs. RADX has developed a unique set of high-performance, COTS PXIe-modules that complement Konrad’s existing catalogue of PXIe. The RADX modules also complement products from other key partners such as National Instruments and Keysight”. He continued, “For our customers in the EU and UK to fulfil the promise of AI intest, they need PXIe-GPU and related capabilities to rapidly process large data at the edge and to source and sink huge amounts of data in real-time.”

Ross Q. Smith, RADX CEO and co-founder said: “Konrad is one of the most experienced and well-respected T&M systems integrators in the world and they work in an extremely wide range of complex domains. With their resources and abilities, KT is uniquely well suited to integrate RADX PXIe-GPUs, PXIe-SSDs and other COTS products into advanced T&M systems for a wide range of customers across the EU and UK, and we are thrilled to partner with them.”

‍PXIe-GPU Next Gen Compute Demonstration

At the Messe Munich hosting Productronica2025 (Nov18- 21, Booth No. A1-464) KT will be exhibiting various PXIe based GPU test demonstrations:

  • RF signal processing using a National Instruments (NI) Vector Signal Transceiver (VST) in NI LabVIEW using G2CPU software
  • 1M point Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) at 1.25 GHz bandwidth accelerated on GPU vs CPU
  • Chemical reaction diffusion, fractal simulation and gravity simulation parallel computations

‍PXIe-SSD / -GbE

The PXIe platform adds fixed, removable and RAID SSD modules that support high-throughput read, write and data-streaming workloads, delivering speeds of about 7.2 GB/s read and 7.1 GB/s write. It also includes 100-gigabit Ethernet (GbE) PXIe modules with RDMA support for moving data from edge processing systems.
