Revopoint’s Trackit SR brings wireless, marker-free optical tracking to 3D inspection and reverse engineering, giving engineers up to 0.02 mm single-frame accuracy for scanning large parts and complex geometries.
The scanner provides volumetric accuracy of up to 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm × L (m). Integrated sensors monitor temperature to limit accuracy drift from environmental changes. The CMM Edition also supports on-site accuracy verification using a CMM-certified ball plate (CMM Edition only).
Accuracy and Tracking

Trackit SR uses optical tracking to capture the scanner’s spatial position without applying marker points to the object surface. The system supports three scanning modes:
- Fine Mode: 30 blue cross laser lines
- Far Mode: 17 blue parallel laser lines
- Deep Hole Mode: 1 blue single laser line
The modes cover full-surface scanning of body panels, as well as measurement of deep-hole and cavity features. The scanner can capture dark, reflective and metallic surfaces without markers or sprays.
Wireless Field Use
The scanner and tracker connect to a PC through Wi-Fi 6. The scanner includes a high-capacity battery with 2.5 hours of runtime, while the tracker can use an optional battery grip.
Trackit SR is designed for indoor and outdoor measurement work, with light adaptability of up to 100,000 lux. Revopoint lists applications including engineering fieldwork, archaeological excavation and on-site industrial measurement.
Software and Inspection Workflows

The software workflow includes Revo Track, Revo Measure and Revo Design. Revo Track manages real-time capture and registration during scanning. Revo Measure supports GD&T analysis, deviation mapping and inspection reporting. Revo Design supports reverse engineering with STEP, IGES and STL output. The three software applications share a common data layer, reducing export, conversion and re-import steps between scanning, inspection and CAD workflows.
Trackit SR can be used for tolerance verification in aerospace and automotive manufacturing, deep-hole measurement in molds and castings, and digital preservation work involving art and heritage objects with texture mapping.
