
TOKYO, Japan, Feb 17, 2026 – Ricoh has acquired Chile-based ValueTech to expand its process automation and document management capabilities. The deal was completed by Ricoh Chile S.A. ValueTech brings more than 20 years of experience in digitalization and workflow automation technologies. The acquisition supports Ricoh’s global strategy to develop intelligent workplace solutions.
Ricoh LATAM will use the acquisition to expand its workplace technology services across the region. By combining specialized teams with automation and digital solutions, the company expects to strengthen productivity, security and operational efficiency for customers and employees.
