EL SEGUNDO, CA, Mar 18, 2026 – ROBOZE introduces ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED MISSION READY (MR), an industrial additive manufacturing platform built for aerospace and defense production. The platform produces high-performance polymer and composite parts on demand with consistent output. It supports manufacturing in demanding operational environments where reliability and readiness are required.
“In today’s geopolitical and industrial landscape, technological sovereignty and supply-chain resilience are mission-critical capabilities,” said Alessio Lorusso, founder & CEO of ROBOZE. “ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED MISSION READY enables aerospace and defense organizations to produce advanced components on demand, strengthening operational readiness while reducing dependence on traditional, fragile supply chains.”
ROBOZE designed the system to produce aerospace and defense components using high-performance polymers and advanced composites. These materials reduce weight, improve durability, and replace machined metal parts. The platform supports materials such as SABIC’s ULTEM AM9085F for cabin interiors and carbon fiber reinforced options like ROBOZE’s Carbon PEEK for corrosive environments and metal replacement.
The system builds on more than a decade of engineering development and advances mechanical precision, thermal stability, and programmable logic control (PLC) architecture. It also includes an integrated material conditioning architecture that protects sensitive materials during the manufacturing process.
Small changes in moisture can affect the performance of advanced polymers. ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED MISSION READY integrates material conditioning to maintain process control for aerospace and defense manufacturing.
The platform supports applications such as high-temperature aerospace ducting, naval and defense structural components, and lightweight parts that replace machined metal components.
Aerospace and defense organizations are prioritizing supply-chain resilience, faster access to critical components, and greater manufacturing independence. For ROBOZE, the launch reflects these priorities, as additive manufacturing is used in mission-critical systems.
“As an industry, aerospace and defense constantly pushes the boundaries of innovation” said Scott Sevcik, executive vice president of aerospace & defense at ROBOZE. “But delivering value to the operator in the field requires meeting the highest standards and performing under extreme conditions. ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED MISSION READY was engineered to deliver the repeatability, material control, and reliability required to meet the stringent qualification requirements and perform at the highest levels.”
