IRVINE, CA, July 30, 2026 – Roland DG has launched the EU2-1000MF UV flatbed printer in North America for direct printing on rigid media. The system handles boards up to 48 in. x 96 in. and delivers about 1.5 times the productivity of the previous EU-1000MF, while eliminating separate roll printing, laminating and mounting steps.
The printer supports media up to 48 in. x 96 in. (1,220 mm x 2,440 mm)* and materials up to 3.74 in. (95 mm) thick. It is designed for signage, retail displays, exhibition graphics and interior panels. The EU2-1000MF is designed for existing flatbed printing operations and screen printers moving to digital production.
A new high-definition printhead provides the increase in output compared with the EU-1000MF. Roland DG said pricing remains unchanged from the outgoing model.
The EU2-1000MF uses VersaWorks 7 RIP software for print preparation and output management. The system also uses new E-US inks and is covered by Roland DG service and warranty support.

The EU2-1000MF is available now in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America through authorized Roland DGA dealers.
* The default setting is 44 in. x 96 in. (1,120 mm × 2,440 mm), and it can be expanded to 48 in. x 96 in. (1,220 mm x 2,440 mm) by a service engineer.
