IRVINE, CA, Jan 15, 2026 – Roland DGA will showcase digital printing technologies for customizing apparel, accessories and products at 2026 Impressions Expo, Jan 22-24, Long Beach, CA. At booth #581, the company will demonstrate the TY-300 direct-to-film (DTF) printer with double the white ink capacity of the previous version. Roland DGA will also present the VersaSTUDIO BY-20 with S-PG2 inks, along with maintenance and software updates focused on print quality and operational reliability.
Beyond apparel printing, Roland DGA will show VersaSTUDIO inkjets, including the BD-12 UV desktop printer and the BN2-30 eco-solvent system for product customization and graphics applications. The BD-12 UV supports printing on flat substrates and 3D objects up to four inches thick. The 30-inch BN2-30 produces signs, posters, decals, labels, and apparel heat transfers.
Roland DGA has added a Profit Center to its booth to highlight new Roland DG tools and outline the ROI associated with Roland DG solutions.
“Those in search of digital devices that will allow them to take their apparel and product customization capabilities and profitability to new heights will find what they’re looking for at our Impressions Expo Long Beach booth,” said Roland DGA senior product manager, Daniel Valade. “Roland DG’s latest technologies make decorating everything from T-shirts and tote bags to cell phone covers and promotional products easier, faster, and more cost-effective than ever before.”
Screen printers exploring direct-to-film (DTF) printing at the 2026 Impressions Expo can attend a seminar focused on understanding how DTF can be integrated into existing screen-printing operations. The session, “Boost Profits Without Burning Screens: DTF for Screen Printers,” takes place Friday, Jan. 23, in Room 102A at the Long Beach Convention Center.
