IRVINE, CA, Oct 28, 2025 – Roland DGA has announced the addition of two new media offerings to its product lineup – Semi-Gloss Adhesive Canvas (ESM-SGAC) and View Thru Adhesive Film (ESM-VTAF). These products expand Roland DGA’s lineup of professional-grade media designed for use with the company’s wide-format printers.
ESM-SGAC is compatible with eco-solvent, latex/resin, and UV ink platforms. It offers versatility and tear resistance than paper-based media, making it suitable for photographic reproduction and display graphics. The synthetic mounting adhesive allows users to install canvas images on a range of surfaces without stretcher bars or gasket framing. It can also be applied to Ecor, HDF, paper, aluminum, glass, rigid PVC, masonite board, and polycarbonate. This adhesive process removes wrinkles.
ESM-SGAC is designed for producing wall murals, interior décor, signage, and POP displays. It can be used for canvas art mounted on rigid boards for both temporary and permanent installations. The semi-gloss texture produces a low-reflection finish.
The material can be rolled for transport and installation, lowering shipping costs. ESM-SGAC is available in 20-inch and 30-inch widths offered in 50-foot rolls. A 60-inch wide, 100-foot roll size is also available.
Roland DGA has also introduced ESM-VTAF, a printable 80/20 perforated one-way vision media with removable adhesive designed for glass in offices, stores, medical facilities, schools, where privacy is needed. The 6.5-mil PVC film features an 80% printable surface and a 20% perforated pattern with 1.5 mm holes, enables one-way, see-through visibility.
ESM-VTAF lets users create the décor, branding, or graphics without blocking the view. It also protect interior furnishings from direct sunlight. This media has 1 year shelf life and is offered in 20-inch wide/40-foot rolls, 30-inch wide/82-foot rolls, and 60-inch wide/82-foot rolls.
