The Elevate Denture solution works with DGSHAPE DWX-53D and DWX-53DC dry milling solutions to support digital denture fabrication. The workflow incorporates validated, patent-protected milling strategies for Ivoclar’s Ivotion monolithic denture discs. It also applies the oversize milling process within the digital denture production workflow.
Roland DGA bundles hyperDENT’s Elevate denture module with its CAM software, open-edge adapters for Ivotion monolithic discs, standard adapters for oversize milling, and a starter kit of PMMA tooling. These components work together to deliver consistent esthetics, accuracy, and efficient material use in digital denture fabrication workflows.
