IRVINE, CA, Oct 1, 2025 – Roland DGA will showcase its newest Roland DG printing technologies at PRINTING United Expo 2025, taking place October 22–24 in Orlando, FL. At booth #1536, attendees can see live demonstrations of devices designed to improve print quality, boost productivity, and increase profitability. Visitors can also learn vehicle wrap techniques from professionals and get advice on choosing the appropriate Roland DG solutions.

Attendees can see the newest wide-format eco-solvent inkjets in the Roland DG TrueVIS series, including the XP-640 high-speed printer and the XG-640 printer/cutter. Both models combine fast output with TrueVIS imaging and color performance. The booth will also feature UV flatbed printers for customization, including the new VersaOBJECT MO Series benchtop models. These systems print graphics and special effects on substrates and 3D objects up to eight inches thick. Compact desktop devices from the VersaSTUDIO line will be on display, including the BN2-30 eco-solvent printer/cutter and the BD-12 UV flatbed printer. Roland DG will also show the TY-300 direct-to-film printer and the VersaSTUDIO BY-20 desktop DTF printer.

Booth visitors can also see the DIMENSE DA-640, SEG displays, and wall wrap solutions designed for cost-efficient production. The DA-640 pairs with DIMENSE media and water-based inks to produce output that combines visual detail with tactile texture in a single process.

Additional Roland DG products will be on display, including the TrueVIS LG-640 UV printer/cutter and UV flatbed models from the VersaOBJECT CO-i series. Roland DGA will also host daily live demonstrations, featuring vehicle wrapping techniques and DIMENSE media painting inside the booth during the Expo.

A new addition to this year’s Roland DGA booth will be “The Profit Center,” focused on showing users how Roland DG tools can improve return on investment (ROI). Company professionals will provide demonstrations of the Roland DG Connect platform and VersaWorks RIP software, which are designed to help print businesses manage operations.

“We can certainly tell you about all the incredible things Roland DG devices can do, but we’d much rather show you,” said Roland DGA president Dan Burmeister. “The PRINTING United Expo provides a great opportunity for both existing and prospective customers to see our newest devices in action and fully appreciate their tremendous capabilities. By simply stopping by our booth, print professionals can gain a true appreciation of how Roland DG technologies can help them optimize output quality, expand their product offerings, take productivity to a higher level, and make more money.”
