Sandvik Acquires MLC CAD Systems CAM Business

An acquisition integrates a CAM software reseller into a Mastercam business unit, expanding direct sales and customer support capabilities within the intelligent manufacturing software segment

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb 3, 2026 – Sandvik has acquired the CAM business of MLC CAD Systems. MLC CAD Systems’ CAM business will be a part of Mastercam business unit and be reported under the Intelligent Manufacturing business area.
