Schneider Electric Names Kelly Becker as President of North America Operations

Becker will oversee regional operations, growth strategy and data center priorities from July 1, 2026

RUEIL-MALMAISON, France, May 6, 2026 – Schneider Electric named Kelly Becker president of North America operations, effective July 1, 2026, as the company focuses on regional growth and data center demand. Becker will lead North American operations, business priorities and growth strategy while serving on Schneider Electric’s executive committee.

Becker previously led Schneider Electric’s UK, Ireland, Belgium and Netherlands zone. She managed the regional business portfolio and supported the company’s sustainability and digital transformation.

Kelly brings over 25 years of proven management and leadership experience. She joined Schneider Electric in 2011 as director, strategy & business development for North America, following a career in Danaher and TAC, where she held product management and customer-facing roles across multiple end markets.

Becker has more than 25 years of management and leadership experience. She joined Schneider Electric in 2011 as director of strategy and business development for North America.

Before Schneider Electric, Becker worked at Danaher and TAC. Her new role places her over Schneider Electric’s North American operations, concentrating on the data center market.
